SERVICE AND REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS



Warranty or Repair Policies covering Sureflow products.

1.  Repair Policy - All products are subject to the SUREFLOW Repair Policy and its Parts and Labor Rates Price List.  SUREFLOW may recommend "exchanging" a unit rather than attempting repair.  Any unit under the Repair Program will carry a warranty for ninety (90) days from the date of invoice.

2.  Exchange Policy - SUREFLOW will "exchange" rather than repair components at the rates listed.  Products covered by this policy will carry a one (1) year warranty from date of invoice.

3.  Missing Parts - Missing parts will be replaced and invoiced at current list price and added to the Factory Exchange price.

4. Warranty Service - When a unit is under warranty and factory service is requested, terms and conditions of SUREFLOW warranty apply.  In other words, the unit is to be returned to the factory, freight prepaid, for examination.  If the customer needs equipment and cannot take the unit(s) off-line to send to the factory, a Factory Exchange unit will be forwarded at the factory list price shown on the following pages.  The customer will initially be invoiced at list price.  If the returned unit is found to be warrantable, credit will be issued.  Sureflow also reserves the right to invoice for service if our examination shows that a non-warrantable condition exists.

5.  Minimum Billing - Minimum Invoice:  $50.00.



PRODUCT REPAIR RATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS



SUREFLOW shall accept products freight prepaid at the factory at:  4212 Bethlehem Pike, Telford, Pennsylvania, 18962.  Please include name, address, telephone number and instructions with each repair unit.

  • SUREFLOW will assess each repair cost per unit based on parts and labor at the following rate:


Repair Rate:  $125/hour, plus parts (as applicable) and shipping.

SUREFLOW will contact the customer with an estimate and request verbal approval to proceed.  At this time, a customer purchase order number is required.

  • If, within 30 days after a repair quote has been given, we have not received authorization to repair or return a unit, it will be returned to the customer, freight collect, and additional charges may be forthcoming.
